Brian J. Smith, CPA, CVA is a principal in the firm of Ruzomberka Holland Renk Smith, Inc. RHRS is a full service CPA and business consulting firm formed in 2001.

Brian has more than 9 years of public accounting experience in the fields of accounting and auditing, taxation and business consulting to companies in a variety of industries.  Brian also concentrates in the business valuation field and has obtained the license of Certified Valuation Analyst and has provided valuation services to a variety of small businesses. Prior to forming RHRS, Brian was a manager for a regional CPA firm located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Brian graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major of Accounting. Brian resides in Cranberry Township, PA with his wife and three sons.
