R. David Ruzomberka, Principal

R. David Ruzomberka is a Principal in the firm Ruzomberka, Holland Renk Smith, Inc. (RHRS). RHRS is a full service CPA and business consulting firm formed in 2001.

David’s experience includes more than twenty years of public accounting and business consulting, serving a number of closely held business clients from a variety of industries operating around the country.

David’s concentrations include accounting and business consulting, taxation, entity and estate planning and retirement plan administration. He also has years of experience dealing with multi-state tax filing and related issues. Prior to forming RHRS, David was previously a partner at a regional CPA firm.

David received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Duquesne University. David is actively involved in the St. Barnabus Charitable Foundation and resides in Franklin Park, PA with his wife and two daughters.
